We check our items carefully for defects before we send them out for delivery. So, you will receive brand new items without any worries.
There will be no refunds after a purchase has been made.
For customised prints, there will be no exchanges. So, please ensure the artwork is to your satisfaction. Any print process is irreversible.
For non-customised print order, we understand that sometimes you may not like the item you’ve purchased. We allow exchanges up to 7 days from the date of delivery. (For self-collect, no exchange is allowed after collection). Any exchange is to be done at our outlet. Please let us know where and when you prefer to exchange the item. Please bring along the Order Form sent by us and proof of payment. All items to be exchanged must be still in GOOD, SELLABLE condition. We have the right to refuse the exchange if the item is deemed not in brand new, sellable condition (meaning you’ve used it before). You may exchange for a higher-value item, just top-up the difference. No refund for exchanging of a lower-value item.
